Jeff Emerson Creative Director Having recently directed MoliLeap’s “Nick Knowles in Japan” (SKY) Jeff is currently in pre-production on a new history series with Nick and Mark Horton (Time Team), the first episode of which focusses on a new theory about King Arthur. Other directing credits include: a series of TV adverts for Nintendo’s 1-2 Switch Campaign, the 8x 30 min BBC 2 /Netflix series “The Retreat with Nick Knowles” which he also produced. The observational reality series tracked the progress of 9 individuals as they went through a 28 day programme of detox, mindfulness and physical exercise to see if 28 days are enough to change their lives. Critically acclaimed and a ratings slot winner, the series is currently selling internationally. An experienced producer, director and all around creative, Jeff has worked for Agencies, Production Companies and Post Production companies throughout his 30- year career. Over the years, Jeff has produced commercials and promos for a wide range of blue chip clients such as: HSBC, IHG, You Tube, Innocent, PC World, Carphone Warehouse, Winning Moves, Ubisoft and TalkTalk and brand films for Nintendo, Jo Malone, Accenture, GSK, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Universal Pictures and Allen & Overy.
Leigh Bloomfield Director A director, camera-operator and skilled editor. Leigh has directed films for STA, The Royal Society of Chemistry and IHG. He also has experience as a camera operator on reality shows such as “The Kardashians”, “Mariah’s World”, “Pitch Perfect 2”, “YouTube Rewind”, “Nat and Liv” and “Black Ink Crew: Chicago”. Commercially Leigh has directed and edited a broad range of brand advertising campaigns, for the likes of The Field, Bridge Models, Johannisholm Adventure, JDI fitness and Shaping Change. Short films directed and produced by Leigh, include “Box Therapy” and “Starlight” which have won numerous awards for best short and for best cinematography. Leigh has currently directed and produced Leap’s first three-part documentary series, “Extinction Rebellion: For Life”, the story behind Extinction Rebellion’s April 2019 ten-day takeover of the City of London to declare a climate emergency. Naomi Symonds Head of Production Naomi is a strong documentary and drama producer. With a great deal of experience across a broad client base, Naomi provides a flexible approach coupled with a strong attention to detail. Her films are always both thoughtful and thought provoking. With experience across the broadcast, corporate, brand sectors, she is experienced in managing international crews, logistics as well as content and ultimately ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Most recently, Naomi has led a team providing production facilitation for a number of US based production companies shooting series in the UK, including “Magical Elves”, Bunim-Murray Productions and Portal-A. Recent credits include “Around the World in 80 Plates” for Bravo and “Keeping up with the Kardashians” for E! Entertainment Television and “Rewind 2014/15 for YouTube” featuring a host of famous British YouTube creators. As a drama producer, Naomi’s credits include the IVCA award winning “Exposed”, a production for CEOP which relied on creative use of a tight budget to secure fantastic acting talent, gritty locations and also authentic script development. Naomi is an experienced project manager, managing international crews, logistics as well as content and ultimately ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Julie’s got a killer instinct for a story, and a belief in telling the stories that matter. Supporting clients on a mission to make change and become thought leaders in their industries, Julie’s passion is in making corporate film every bit as watchable and covetable as the content we devour on Netflix. Passionate about supercharging diversity in the workplace, Julie’s “No More Robots” Communications Training is underpinning the work of some of the world’s most important institutions. As well as running our corporate video production arm, Julie is currently heading up “Fixing Britain” for Leap, a series that addresses policing in the modern age. Louise Alexander Head of Events Lou comes to Leap from IHG where she was the Head of Events and was previously the events producer for Microsoft. In Lou, Leap rounds out its corporate and events team with an award-winning events producer, whose visionary creative weaves strategy effectiveness and topnotch production into every event she runs. From corporate meetings to gala awards, Lou knows exactly how to bring events to life whether you are physically or virtually participating.

Originally the managing director of London based Post Production company Molinare from 2003-2011, he has overseen over 150 projects, including credits as the executive producer of the Oscar winning “The King’s Speech” and co-producer of the BAFA award winning Moon. Mark’s recent credits include executive producer on “Wastland”, “I am Slave”, “Killing Bono”, “Ironclad”, “Soulboy”, “Cherry Tree Lane”, and as producer on “A Man’s Story”, the AM TV series’ “Pelican Blood”, “Gypo” and “Ruby Blue”. Mark is a well know industry figure comfortably moving between Europe, London and Los Angeles.
